Our intro offer ($325) includes: 5 Private 1-1 sessions covering Pilates Fundamentals, Mat and Equipment Exercises as well as the other apparatus and a free virtual mat class.

All Pilates sessions are 50-55 minutes in length.

*This package is a prerequisite for any new clients wishing to take Equipment Classes.
