One-on-one training with a dedicated, highly-skilled instructor provides you with the most hands-on, personalized experience. Sessions are tailored specifically for you in order to meet your needs and wellness goals. All props and equipment are available in Private Sessions to help restore balance and strength in your body.
Duo and Trio Sessions allow you to work with one or two other individuals and a dedicated instructor while learning and growing together. Your sessions will address your specific fitness and wellness goals through hands-on workouts designed just for you and your partner/s. All props and equipment are available in Semiprivate Sessions to help restore balance and strength in your body.
All Pilates sessions are 50-55 minutes in length.
